Oh look, there was a second historic story in here after all, one that was set during World War II. Obviously, this one left as much of an impression on me as the other one did. This story is about the women fighter pilots during World War II, a brave group of women that fly in the skies. Raisa’s brother has disappeared in action, and her whole family will be in danger unless he returns. Or unless she can prove herself by becoming an ace. There’s a minor subplot involving her rivalry with another female pilot, one who gets the honor of becoming an ace before she does, but it doesn’t really go anywhere. Nothing remarkable about this one.
